Our coaching philosophy is focused on the long term development of our athletes in their technique, mental approach and wellbeing.
We will always encourage them to learn new skills and to enhance existing ones, by creating an environment which allows them to gain knowledge not only from the coach but also from themselves.

Helping you to be better informed to help your clients to lose/ gain weight, or to help your athletes eat for performance.
A psychology basics’ course thinking about the factors coaches should be assessing or working with in sport and exercise contexts, and practicing applying these.
