RULE*13 PROGRAMMING
RULE*13 training aims to enable athletes to play their sport more effectively through making them more robust, reducing injuries they experience and increasing selected qualities of fitness (such as strength, power, speed etc…)
METHODS USED TO ACHIEVE THIS MAY INCLUDE (BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO):
Weightlifting / Powerlifting exercises and derivatives
Plyometric exercises
Basic movement patterns (squat, lunge, press, pull)
Gymnastic and bodyweight exercises
Unilateral (one sided) exercises
Medicine ball work
Group Sessions
This can be a team up to 4 friends / colleagues who can train together; working in a group can motivate and drive you on yet still be bespoke enough to get the specific results you want.
Team Training
Team sessions can be arranged for a coach to come out to your club focusing on all aspects of performance.
Remote Generic Programming
This a general GPP Programme design and not specific to individual needs, yet still designed to help you gain strength and overall fitness.
Remote Personalised Programming/ Strength & Conditioning
This will be designed specifically to your sporting needs. This package comes with regular check-ins between athlete and coach and has a variety of bolt on options available.
