Wednesday 1/7/20

Today’s workout is, As many rounds/reps as possible in 12mins 10 Bent over rows (use a gym-bag, kettlebell, dumbbells or bands) 10 deadlifts using same as above 10 sit-ups   Enjoy and go as heavy as possible with what equipment you have.  

Tuesday 30/6/20

Today’s workout is, 25-20-15-10-5 Reverse lunges (use weight if possible) 5-10-15-20-25 Press-ups (weighted vest or raised feet to scale up) Rest 5mins 25-20-15-10-5 Lateral lunges (use weight as above or weighted vest) 5-10-15-20-25 Burpees (weighted vest)   Enjoy and go for unbroken

Thursday 25/6/20

Today’s workout is, As many rounds/reps as possible in 12mins 10 bent over rows (If no equipment then use bands, or fill a sports bag with water bottles etc.) 15 star-jumps 20 Plank shoulder taps Finisher: 100 sit-ups in as few sets as possible.   Enjoy
