This is the first post on the new site. Since moving to Canada things have been a bit all over the place as we all got settled. Hopefully, we have now found our feet and are ready to get back into all things Strength and Conditioning, nutrition, and psychology.
Firstly though, this is just a post to let people know that Rule13 is again offering to program for all types of athletes. The programming will be supplied through the Trainheroic app as this format was the best we have used so far and it also allows for easier communication and recording of results. Our programming will be bespoke to each individual athlete so we can work on the specific needs of that athlete. There is no one size fits all program and a lot of people follow a generic model because they are either endorsed or supplied by athletes. These will get you better due to the fact that you are consistently doing some form of training, the downside of these, is that they do not focus on the specific areas you need work in. Only by improving your weaknesses, and movement deficiencies, and having a coach that will keep in continuous contact with you, can you really reach your potential.
