Today is a rest day, it is also the end of Rule13 home workouts being posted here.
Don’t get all upset though, we will still continue posting your daily training, it will just be on a different platform. From tomorrow Rule13 home workouts will be available via Fitr.
We have moved platforms so we can provide more programmes and templates in the future.
Currently, we have our minimum equipment programme that will continue with being able to train from home. All you will need is some weights in the form of a barbell or dumbbells/kettlebells. If you have neither of theses, you can use a weighted gym bag.

We also have rolled out out a strength bias programme for all you functional fitness athletes who need to get stronger. Not only does this programme provide you with the ability to gain strength it also includes gymnastic work and daily conditioning workouts to help you become a well-rounded athlete. Some video feedback will be available on this programme
